JOB SUMMARY: The Regional VP of Sales is responsible for supporting all sales, marketing and public relations goals of the region, promoting and encouraging the Spring Arbor vision of senior housing. The position is accountable for supporting and leading the sales team, coaching, motivating and training sales team, analyzing performance results and recommending changes based on the data, and serving as a hands-on manager with a relentless dedication to delivering results, follow through and accountability.
