About The Role: The Regional Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence of a portfolio of 130+ restaurants. This senior leadership role will ensure alignment with company goals, drive profitability, and foster a strong people-first culture. The RVP will lead a team of Market Directors, who each lead a team of Regional Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. We are currently seeking a RVP for our Texas region Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to a portfolio of 110+ restaurants in Texas, ensuring each location operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and upholds company standards Operational Excellence: Implement and oversee operational standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience across all restaurants Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop Market Directors, Regional Managers, and General Managers to build high-performing teams and ensure leadership succession plans are in place P&L Management: Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost management Compliance and Safety: Ensure all restaurants in the region comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, including food safety and employment laws Guest Experience: Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service and resolving any escalated guest issues efficiently Employee Engagement: Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment, high levels of employee engagement, and retention Growth Initiatives: Partner with the New Store Opening and Development teams on restaurant openings and market expansion opportunities within the region Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and initiatives Crisis Management: Act as a key decision-maker in response to crises or unexpected challenges impacting the region’s operations The Experience You Have: 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of 200+ restaurants Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams. Proven success in driving operational performance, employee development, and financial results. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis in a multi-unit setting Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, especially under pressure Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently across Texas to ensure hands-on leadership and support for the team Requirements Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to stand for a full shift while working Must have open availability, including night and weekend availability Must have the means of transportation and ability to travel to all restaurants that are assigned Role Details: Compensation: $248,500 Reports to: SVP, Restaurant Operations Multi-Locations: Regional Texas, Travel Required Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
