Regional Vice President supporting 10+ SNF facilities Multi-site experience required Based in/near the Louisville market Travel 75% How you Will make a Difference Lead and direct the overall operations of a region of facilities in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the company’s business objectives. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct company programs and activities in conjunction with the company’s operational budget and state and federal regulations. Monitor Data Points and address issues that affect performance of the facilities. Maintain knowledge of CMS Quality rating systems; Lead and assist facilities with plans for improvement of facility ratings. Train Administrators to develop and implement a marketing strategy for the facilities that reflects service opportunities, competition, potential market area changes, and which maximizes census, payor mix, and ancillary revenues. What you Need to make a Difference Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting or related field. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in long-term care management, required. Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience, required. Minimum of two (2) years overseeing P&L Must have experience overseeing more than 7+ SNF facilities Advanced skills in Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau Demonstrate the ability to lead people and obtain results through others. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in long-term care management, required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience, required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years overseeing P&L
  • Must have experience overseeing more than 7+ SNF facilities
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Power BI/Tableau
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead people and obtain results through others.
