About The Position

Piper Companies is seeking a Personal Trust Relationship Manager to join a leading financial institution in West Palm Beach, FL in a hybrid work environment. This hybrid role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing trust administration and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards.

Requirements

5-7 years of personal trust administration experience; CTFA preferred
Demonstrated efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed transactional tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture orientation
Understanding of various types of investments and strategies
Ability to interpret and apply policies, identify changes, and recommend improvements
Comfortable working with minimal oversight, making non-routine decisions, and escalating complex issues when needed

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional service and trust administration
Manage a book of personal trust accounts, ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to address client needs, resolve complex issues, and support estate planning strategies
Assist in new business development through client referrals and relationship expansion
Review accounts for accuracy in cash management, cost basis, tax reporting, and investment allocations
