Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel
• Extensive knowledge of technical carwash operations
• Proficient in technologies and equipment used in car wash operations
• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in a training role
• Ability to lift or move 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Train the General Manager along with all employees in the technical aspects of the Tunnel
• Assist in improving training content, development, and implementation based on experience and employee feedback.
• Schedule and train field leaders on troubleshooting technical problems
• Train the crew on general carwash operations
• Train on how to complete the daily and weekly Tunnel operations checklist
• Train on preventative maintenance
