Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
- Extensive knowledge of technical carwash operations
- Proficient in technologies and equipment used in car wash operations
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in a training role
- Ability to lift or move 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Train the General Manager along with all employees in the technical aspects of the Tunnel
- Assist in improving training content, development, and implementation based on experience and employee feedback.
- Schedule and train field leaders on troubleshooting technical problems
- Train the crew on general carwash operations
- Train on how to complete the daily and weekly Tunnel operations checklist
- Train on preventative maintenance
