About The Position

To maintain all store level equipment for optimal utilization through training and the use of reporting information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated field experience with either Fuel or Refrigeration systems required.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must demonstrate or receive opposing skill certifications within 12 months

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in technical or electronics field preferred
• HVAC certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R and all food and beverage equipment at all stores/locations as well as petroleum related issues.
• Provide guidance and technical support to other field personnel, either in-person or via electronic communication, through regularly scheduled weekends on call, submitting time edits as necessary
• Utilize information and data from the Building Management System and other resources to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to high priority calls as 2nd level support
• Maintain fully stocked inventory and be accountable for all aspects of assigned inventory. Assist in monitoring and control of maintenance inventory.
• Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager / Assistant Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside vendor performance.
• Provide total ownership of the facilities within their assigned GEO Region through the equipment technicians.
• Assist in the review of Daily/Weekly reports to identify needs/opportunities within their assigned Geo Region.
• Take completed training modules from the Training Department and deliver to the Field Technicians in small groups.
• Assist in the identification of individual training needs and development of technicians.
