About The Position

The Regional Support Manager serves as a mobile operations leader, deployed to support shops during times of instability. Whether due to short staffing, post-acquisition onboarding, or underperformance, this role provides temporary, hands-on leadership to restore shop health, coach teams, and drive KPI improvement. Requirements

  • Current Shop Manager or CTSM.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel extensively and adapt quickly.
  • Must meet internal eligibility criteria (20 CPD, 9/12 CTSM, >35% M5).
  • Report to their assigned location on time each day and work their full assigned schedule
  • Scheduled shifts are open to close, Sunday (travel)/Wednesday off. Schedules are subject to change.
  • Ensure coverage and handoffs during multi-day deployments
  • Maintain professional standards and uphold company policies while working on-site
  • Proactively communicate any challenges or needs to their assigned Area Manager and Program Manager
  • Submit required reports, shop observations, or feedback as requested
  • Travel with proper uniforms, equipment, and required tools
  • Represent Strickland Brothers culture and brand to shop team members, customers, and new hires
  • During non-deployment weeks, team members are expected to support shops within a commutable distance.
  • The goal is to take ownership of the local market and support team development and KPI Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Step in as acting Shop Manager in high-need locations.
  • Train and support teams in newly acquired shops.
  • Coach underperforming shops to improve KPIs and processes.
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen team performance.
  • Support special projects like openings or remodels.
