This role is for a Regional Services Sales Manager within Stanley Access Technologies, focusing on driving lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers. The manager will also be responsible for onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring of new sales representatives. Key aspects of the role include developing and building positive relationships with local sales reps and customers in an assigned geographic area, focusing on new account development and maintaining active relationships with the current customer base. The position requires developing and implementing plans and strategies for improving customer service, increasing service revenue, and RMR, as well as team forecasting and achieving annual sales targets. Maintaining current technical product knowledge, general sales techniques, and market trends, and identifying new ways to promote business are also crucial. The manager will work closely with local and regional branch operations/sales teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction and engagement. Developing and utilizing training material for the sales team and being familiar with marketing, sales, business development, and cross-business networking to exceed sales goals are also part of the role. Travel of approximately 25% in an assigned geographic area will be required. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States, and the company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years’ experience in field-based sales/account management
  • Valid state driver’s license without restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your B2B/B2C sales experience to drive lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers
  • Onboarding, training, and ongoing mentoring of new reps
