Your Role: Oversee maintenance operations across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
