About The Position

A Regional Security Manager contributes to AHF by by ensuring the safety and security of employees and company assets. As part of the Northern Bureau and Leadership teams, North Bureau Security Manager plays a crucial role in managing a comprehensive security program that mitigates risks and safeguards the organization. By working in a collaborative fashion with your bureau peers, and maintaining a dotted line reporting relationship to the Director of Global Security, you will assist in developing and implementing robust measures and policies. This will help to create a safe and secure environment, enabling AHF to operate smoothly and confidently. A Regional Security Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by AHF's core values of valuing employees. One key aspect of the Regional Security Manager's responsibilities is the management of critical tools and resources, including the Physical Security Systems (PSS). By monitoring and confirming the performance of these systems, Northern Bureau Security Manager ensures the highest level of security operations. This expertise extends to collaborating with internal and external organizations, facilitating the timely installation of PSS across the Northern Bureaus. Their subject matter expertise in Access Control, Video, and Intrusion systems positions them as a valuable asset to AHF's Global Security and Operations Teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimized security measures. The ideal North / South Bureau Security Manager will possess a current Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certificate with the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASISI), bringing this expertise to bear on the myriad of security challenges faced by AHF. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Regional Security Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Regional Security Manager will work as a part of a close knit team to lead the Northern Bureau’s response in areas such as Organizational Resilience Program, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. In this capacity you will use your education, training and experience to conduct investigations into cases involving policy violations, theft of company property and - most importantly - Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention. In this area you will conduct general, and workplace violence, investigations at the direction of the Director of Global Security as part of the AHF investigation process. By implementing rigorous policies and procedures, Northern Bureau Security Manager ensures disciplined execution, providing AHF with a resilient framework to address potential threats.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASISI) preferred. Must obtain with 1 year of hire.
