About the Position: Department: Sales Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Supervises: N/A Purpose: Provides regional support to the Sales Department by completing necessary documentation, reports and maintains department records.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of office procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex paperwork efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and internet functions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Upload/File documents throughout sales process
- Prepare JDF Contracts using monthly programs from Gooseneck & John Deere
- Verify taxes on each sales deal
- Manage Order to Cash (OTC) process for each Sales Representative
- Verify all applicable incentives are taken on new equipment sales
- Prepare documents for licensing & titling
- Assist sales representative from the region of responsibility with quotes, agreements, bank contracts, leases, etc.
- Review all documents & verify signatures before sending deal to accounting department for filing and reporting
- Perform lien searches & payoff quotes as required
- Prepare titling paperwork for ATV's and UTV's
- Occassional travel between Goooseneck locations
- Other duties related to sales processing and Store Admin functions may be assigned
