The Regional Sales Specialist is a traveling role providing coverage and support to an assigned Cogir Senior Living community within the portfolio or assigned region. Coverage will be needed in the absence of the main Community Relations Director, the community's sales and marketing leader, or for focus communities requiring additional census growth support. The role requires 100% travel with a typical work structure of 10 days on, 4 days off. Coverage will be needed for our communities in Arizona, Colorado, and Southern California. The responsibilities include acting as the community's sales & marketing leader to maintain and exceed established occupancy goals and revenue generation through strategic and long-range planning and community outreach, identifying appropriate professional and non-paid local referral sources and partners, and establishing referral relationships to generate qualified leads. In this role, the Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing daily inquiries from tenants, families, and prospective residents and conducting the community's scheduled walk-in tours. You will collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the community's occupancy goals.
