We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and performance-driven Hybrid Regional Sales Representative to join our Houston team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who can drive high-volume outbound sales activity while also serving as the face of Centric in the field through community activation, builder relationships, and local market development efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is equally comfortable making repetitive outbound calls, attending community events, supporting market activations, and converting hot leads into closed sales. This individual must bring grit, sales hunger, and field adaptability, helping Centric maintain immediate sales production while supporting long-term community growth initiatives.
