Join PALFINGER as a Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in growing our market presence across your assigned territory. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and focuses on expanding sales of lor cranes and truck mounted forklifts. You'll leadalervelopment, market expansion, and customer engagement efforts within a high‑impact region.

Requirements

Minimum High School diploma or GED with extensive experience in the truck equipment or crane industry.
Proven success executing full‑cycle sales strategies across diverse customer segments.
Strong communication, presentation, and technical learning skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales funnel, utilize CRM tools, and build accurate forecasts.
Ability to work ipently, travel approximately 70%, and manage a home‑based portion of the role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships withalers, key accounts, and end‑users.
ntify, evaluate, and onboard prospectivealers to strengthen regional coverage.
Serve as the primary liaison betweenalers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.
Represent PALFINGER at regional events, tr shows, and industry meetings to promote products andand awareness.
