About The Position

Sportec Solutions Inc. is seeking a Client Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery for the Americas market. You’ll be the strategic bridge between clients and our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, ensuring matchday performance, driving project delivery on time and on budget, and spotting commercial upsell opportunities. • Minimum 3+ years in client-facing project management for software or IT/data projects
  • Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and client briefing experience
  • Technical understanding of sports data and data ecosystems; ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana
  • Calm under pressure in live-event situations; excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends and domestic/international travel for matchday support as needed
  • Local to Dallas-Fort Worth or willing to relocate
  • Ability to legally work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with soccer data or other live-sports data systems
  • The ability to write/run diagnostic scripts and SQL queries for ad-hoc troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with camera-based tracking, broadcast-data operations, or live-event delivery pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing project lead for Americas accounts
  • Own stakeholder management: external clients and internal Product Owners, Ops, IT, Sales
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments; coordinate commercial and technical impact assessments
  • Triage client issues and bugs with Product Owners through to resolution; maintain incident logs and post-mortems
  • Track project budgets and deliver internal reporting on forecast vs. actuals
  • Identify upsell potential and support proposal creation and contract discussions
  • Support matchday operations and be available for occasional evening/weekend coverage when needed

Benefits

  • Relaxed, open-door culture…bring ideas, banter, and your match-day hot takes
  • Flexible work and collaborative teams that actually talk to one another
  • Great benefits: medical, dental, and health coverage, 401(k), plus a generous paid time off plan with up to 20 days off in your first year
