Overview The Regional Sales Manager directs their assigned Chadwell Supply sales personnel and manages functions essential to sales force productivity in revenue and profit growth for their assigned markets. These functions include participating in planning, reporting, field sales support and troubleshooting, customer retention and market expansion strategies, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program creation, and administration, and recruiting of sales force talent.
