As a Sales Manager at Techo-Bloc, you’ll lead a team of sales reps across the North Coast covering New York and New Jersey. Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership – 5+ years of experience leading 5+ outside sales reps, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials;
  • Industry Expertise – Strong knowledge of hardscaping products, distribution channels, and key industry players;
  • Results-Oriented Mindset – A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth;
  • People Leader – Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a top-tier sales team;
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with customers and stakeholders;
  • Willingness to Travel – Regional travel required to support the team and visit customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop a Winning Team – Lead a team of 6-8 outside sales representatives to exceed targets; train, mentor, coach, partner.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Develop strategies to increase market share, expand customer relationships, and boost revenue;
  • Build Strong Partnerships – Work closely with dealer network and hardscape contractors to position our products as the go-to choice;
  • Market & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities;
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Track performance metrics through Power BI, CRM, and in-field observations, analyze data, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
