About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a within our Comdata division. This position falls under our US Vehicle Payments line of business and is located remotely in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retention within an assigned portfolio by cross-selling, upselling, and securing new program engagement while providing ongoing account support. You will report directly to the Sales Director and regularly collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, Project Management, and Customer Support teams. Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and/or retention goals
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales, portfolio management, or account management experience
  • Ability to working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to traveling up to 70%

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in trucking, large fleet, fuel, or fintech preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for revenue-generating opportunities within assigned accounts, including cross-selling, upselling, and driving new program engagement
  • Conducting informational sessions with executive-level contacts to understanding full economic potential and identifying growth opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to driving customer spend
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned customers, supporting account maintenance, retention, and organic growth initiatives
  • Managing order processing, user security, report generation, and resolving credit, billing, and rebate inquiries
  • Facilitating client policy development and formulating program metrics to enhancing account performance
  • Meeting with clients onsite and conducting quarterly business reviews
  • Sharing best practices across the client base and internal teams
  • Collaborating with Marketing to developing customer references and testimonials
  • Partnering with implementation and project management teams to supporting successful program launches
  • Encouraging client attendance and engagement in user groups and conferences
  • Responding to inbound communications (email, chat, phone) within SLA requirements
