About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing both sell-in and sell-out of Dunlop motorcycle tires within the assigned territory. The role focuses on working with dealers in the region to strengthen Dunlop brand presence, enhance dealer staff product knowledge, expand the Dunlop Pro Dealer network, and ultimately grow Dunlop’s market share in the territory.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience, ideally within the motorcycle industry, including at least three (3) years in management capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Must be detail oriented, self‑motivated, able to travel up to 65% of the time domestically and internationally and must possess a valid passport.
• Must be able to stand, sit, move, and perform fine motor tasks with fingers for extended periods.
• Role may require walking primarily on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Position involves frequent, routine travel via air and car, and work in a variety of settings including outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments, and standard office environments.
