About The Position

Lead and develop a high‑performing regional sales team to achieve growth targets and support corporate objectives. This role drives strategic sales planning, oversees hiring and training, and builds strong relationships with key accounts and cross‑functional partners. The Regional Sales Manager monitors performance, supports marketing and national account initiatives, and travels extensively to develop talent and advance business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience managing a sales team

Responsibilities

  • Executes regional key account and business plans while leading the tactical implementation of territory strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Provides ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
  • Monitors new‑business pipelines
  • Supports team members in closing opportunities.
  • Hiring and developing independent sales representatives
  • Managing budgets and pricing within established guidelines
  • Effective driving adoption of Salesforce CRM.
  • Partners closely with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to support product launches and initiatives
  • Gathers competitive and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Actively engages in field activities through customer visits, sales presentations, and oversight of Territory Managers.
