About The Position

Regional Sales Manager Dairy Industry – Wisconsin and Illinois Territory milkrite | InterPuls is a global leader in milking technology and dairy consumables, helping dairy producers around the world improve herd performance, productivity, and milk quality. We partner with dealers and producers to deliver innovative solutions that keep dairies operating at their best. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen our presence across Wisconsin and Illinois. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the dairy industry and enjoys working directly with farmers, dealers, and industry partners to deliver meaningful results on the farm. Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by building strong relationships with dairy producers, dealers, and industry stakeholders. This role combines sales strategy, technical consultation, and field engagement to expand market share and deliver value to customers. You will collaborate closely with our Dealer Network, Dairy Performance Team, and internal sales leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support customers in achieving better dairy performance.

Requirements

  • Background in agriculture, dairy industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in agriculture, dairy, or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Dairy Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with dairy equipment, consumables, or herd performance solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across the Wisconsin and Illinois territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable sales.
  • Develop quotes, proposals, and follow-through to close orders.
  • Achieve territory sales targets and support overall regional growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy producers, dealers, and industry partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions that improve herd performance and milking efficiency.
  • Support dealer partners with product knowledge, training, and joint sales opportunities.
  • Visit dairies to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct parlor audits in partnership with the Dairy Performance Team to recommend optimal product and system solutions.
  • Demonstrate and support the implementation of milkrite | InterPuls products and systems.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Share insights with internal teams to support sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate territory activity and opportunity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to leadership.
