About The Position

Regional Sales Manager - Bay Area/PNW Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets in the Bay Area and PNW regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and medical institutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and customer engagement. Provide ongoing training and support for clients on the application and benefits of our molecular imaging agents. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales forecasts, strategies, and results to management. Attend industry conferences and events to increase product visibility and strengthen networking. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the designated region. Desired Experience: 5 plus years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, specifically in the OR. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding of surgical environments. Familiarity with molecular imaging technology is a plus.
