This position is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding distribution channels across the Southeastern United States in alignment with Topcon’s current product portfolio. The role maintains strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying, onboarding, and developing new distribution partners across the full portfolio. This is a regional sales role requiring the ability to effectively manage dealer relationships, align expectations, and provide consultative support. The incumbent must maintain a strong working knowledge of Topcon products, applications, and best field practices. Responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic regional sales plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets, while continuously strengthening the dealer network to drive market penetration and sales performance.
