Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within a designated territory. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing high-performing sales professionals, and executing strategic initiatives that align with company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in office technology or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas in revenue, gross profit, and net new business.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to support team growth.
  • Maintain 100% manpower in all sales territories and ensure all team members are performing at or above quota.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and CRM data to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales talent to build a strong bench of future leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Offix’s standards of excellence.
