About The Position

RectorSeal, a leading manufacturer of innovative chemical specialty sealants and mechanical solutions for professional trades, is expanding our sales leadership team. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across our HVAC and Plumbing product lines throughout the Midwest. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving market penetration, and influencing channel partners across wholesale distribution, contractors, and independent manufacturers’ representatives. This role is a remote position that will serve our Midwest Territory ( Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas). The ideal candidate will reside within the Continental US on a full-time basis within the territory.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of B2B sales management experience
  • Experience in the HVAC and Plumbing channel through wholesale distribution
  • MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically

Responsibilities

  • Drive outside sales activities to achieve and exceed regional revenue goals
  • Expand market share by securing new customers and growing business within existing accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, and rep agencies in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Educate internal teams, contractors, and Manufacturers Representatives on RectorSeal’s product portfolio to ensure full market penetration
  • Analyze local market dynamics—including competition, purchasing trends, and stakeholder behavior—to execute targeted growth strategies
  • Identify customer needs and recommend effective product solutions
  • Provide guidance on product features, pricing, and value-added services
  • Represent RectorSeal at industry conferences, dealer meetings, and trade events
  • Deliver consistent reporting on regional performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Collaborate with cross-territory Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve team and individual sales objectives
