About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our North American operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our core values and solution-oriented approach to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the aviation sector or aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the North American region.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the aviation industry.
