The successful candidate must live in the Western half of the US (Central time Zone). This position is to be a home office. The Regional Manager works closely with the Director, US Commercial Sales and the Director, Architectural Development and Regional Manager – NAM Team - to implement the commercial strategy as defined by sales and marketing objectives which are designed to achieve Vitro business goals. Successful implementation requires the professional management of several critical sales functions: planning, communications, customer relations, tactical pricing, negotiations, time management, forecasting, resource allocation and administration. The individual is responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives as detailed in annual profit plans within their region. Additionally, they must select and develop the customer base that will deliver on long term business objectives in terms of share growth, market position, and product mix. This individual must set a positive example of team leadership and reinforce this behavior within the sales organization.
