About The Position

As the Regional Sales Manager, Central United States and Canada, you will manage the profitable sales growth for USCA Protective and Marine Coatings with focus on Data Centers build projects and related infrastructure. You will report to the PMC VP for Americas. This is a remote role with 50% travel. Requirements

  • A college degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing and segment management.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degrees are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support the goals for sales, profitability, overhead, expense control and working capital.
  • Develop and execute segment, region, and customer sales strategies. Including:sales team structure, selling process, pipeline management, contract management and negotiation strategies, Salesforce implementation and usage, and sales tool development.
  • Lead and direct activities for geographically focused project development managers
  • Identify market and segment strategies to maximize revenue and profit including, subsegment market strategies, customer targets, product portfolio or technologies.
  • Ensure cooperation between the strategic sales managers, key account managers, technical service representatives, technology centers, marketing, product management, customer service, manufacturing, and other PPG in matrixed environments
  • Foster developments across the value chain to influence spec decisions and outcomes
  • Collaborate across matrixed organization
