About The Position

Regional Sales Manager HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions company to help them add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in SE Pennsylvania & Northern New Jersey. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the construction industry. With a national presence, their team sources business through end-users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000. The company has been recognized for its outstanding financial performance and growth, maintaining stability and success through all economic cycles since its founding. They have multiple regional offices and offer a strong culture focused on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and equipping their sales team with the tools and training needed to succeed. The ideal candidates will be self-starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Construction Equipment sales experience is absolutely required. A finance background is not required, but is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
  • Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
  • A finance background is not required, but is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business at both end-user and dealer levels.
  • Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing.
  • Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the assigned territory.
