We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US Territory with our Support Systems Division - Wesanco ZSi. Wesanco-ZSI is a leading manufacturer of support products for the electrical, mechanical-plumbing, and HVAC-Refrigeration industries. Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage territory sales agents in order drive in the development and execution of sales strategies for key customers. A portion of your time will also be spent supporting the inside sales department for this territory.

Requirements

  • Travel to meet with key customer accounts (50% - 65% Monthly)
  • Commercial experience with building materials/industrial supply
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and project management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree business and/or marketing with a focus on sales management is encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for internal purposes and to review with key customer accounts
  • Establish realistic sales goals and quotas for their region and team, aligning them with overall company objectives
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience
