About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within an assigned geographic region. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with food manufacturers, processors, retailers, and distributors while promoting Lacerta Group’s innovative packaging solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, food processing, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and large customer accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region (typically 50–70%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting Lacerta’s packaging solutions and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer activity within the company CRM system.
  • Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
