We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive premium growth by acquiring new retail agent relationships and expanding submissions from our existing agency base. This is a national role — we’ll assign territory based on your background and market opportunity. This is not a role where you inherit a book and maintain it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the sales function at a company with proven product-market fit, real technology differentiation, and aggressive growth targets. You’ll be among the first dedicated sales hires, with a direct line to leadership and real influence on how we go to market. You will report to our Head of Sales (search underway), with interim reporting to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who has sold wholesale or MGA solutions to retail agents, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of building something — not just running something.
