Our sales organization drives commercial growth through strong customer relationships, disciplined execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Fueling Your Passion As the Regional Sales Manager – Power Generation, you will be accountable for regional revenue growth, customer relationship development, and the strategic pursuit of power‑generation opportunities across Arizona, California, Washington, and Oregon. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for BRUSH Power Generation products and services in the region, driving profitable growth through customer engagement, opportunity development, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong commercial leadership with the ability to motivate teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Work independently with high initiative, accountability, and results orientation.
  • Lead small teams or cross‑functional groups as needed to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Bring a proven track record selling generator and motor services (spares, repairs, and maintenance) into Oil & Gas, utilities, or industrial markets.
  • Excel in value‑based selling, objection handling, and closing complex opportunities.
  • Show resilience in pipeline development, prospecting, and deal execution.
  • Understand market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to pricing, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies within an Aftermarket Services environment.
  • Leverage CRM tools for opportunity management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Coordinate pricing, marketing, quoting, and promotional efforts to support growth.
  • Assemble complex offerings into integrated customer solutions.
  • Have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have proven experience in generator and/or motor service sales within power generation, utilities, oil & gas, or industrial markets.
  • Have experience operating in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Have strong understanding of Aftermarket Services strategies and commercial levers.
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Have experience leading small teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and executing the commercial sales strategy across assigned territories.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing strategic growth accounts and opportunities.
  • Developing targeted campaigns to increase sales of power‑generation products in existing power plants.
  • Building trusted relationships with end users, channel partners, and key influencers.
  • Managing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from identification to closure.
  • Managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes involving technical, commercial, logistical, and financial considerations.
  • Leading proposal development and value‑proposition articulation in collaboration with engineering, finance, legal, risk, and marketing teams.
  • Ensuring proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conducting sales calls with channel partners and direct engagements with strategic customer accounts.
  • Developing new customer relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Understanding customer requirements and aligning Baker Hughes capabilities to deliver integrated, value-added solutions.
  • Partnering with internal teams to support pricing, quoting, marketing, and project coordination activities.
  • Working closely with Aftermarket Services to grow spares, repairs, and maintenance revenue.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, and customer insights.
  • Leading regional business development planning activities.
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow revenue in established and emerging markets.
  • Supporting Baker Hughes’ broader expansion objectives by identifying new opportunities and shaping long-term customer partnerships.
