About The Position

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale commercial operations across North America. This leadership role focuses on team oversight, strategic execution, and driving performance across sales and customer service functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or related industries
• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or packaging solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive results through teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or food/logistics environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee regional sales and customer service teams
• Drive execution of sales strategy through leadership, coaching, and accountability
• Establish KPIs and processes to improve performance and customer experience
• Maintain involvement in key accounts and strategic opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Provide market insights on trends, competition, and customer needs
