About The Position

WEKA is hiring for a driven Regional Sales Manager focused on the Federal Market. This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role targeting organizations who need uncompromising speed, simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing, processing, and analyzing their data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT Sales experience
  • Experience selling into DOD, DHS or HHS( inclusive of VA), or federal systems integrators
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
  • Develop and executive against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Work with strategic and VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Interface at many level of WEKA senior management
