Regional Sales Manager, Aftermarket Parts Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager – HVAC Aftermarket will be responsible for driving aftermarket growth across Nortek’s Representative network in the United States and Canada (90% U.S.). This role is focused on the HVAC aftermarket business, including retrofit solutions, proactive parts programs, and leveraging installed base data to identify opportunities. Success will be measured by achieving a 25% year-over-year pipeline growth, maintaining a win rate more than 40% on large-scale “whale” HVAC projects, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual orders and sales budgets. A key priority is ensuring Rep satisfaction through strong partnership, visibility into project status, and engagement at all stages of the HVAC aftermarket project lifecycle.
