About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, and present customized steel solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven skills in sales and business development, including prospecting, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of steel products and value-added services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and generate new business within the territory.
  • Provide information for sales and operational management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts, special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product lines.
  • Attend educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
