Position Summary Manages and develops sales and revenue activities for terminals within a geographical area. Drives revenue growth to exceed financial objectives and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and supports business partners in identifying and securing revenue.
  • Provides continuous coaching and development of new and existing employees.
  • Forecasts and anticipates client and market opportunities and responds appropriately.
  • Builds an optimized structure to exceed performance metrics.
  • Secures strategic level relationships with business partners.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams on forecasts, account activities, and territory strategies.
  • Maintains the organization's leadership position in the transportation industry.
  • Identifies areas of improvement to programs and methods to maximize sales.
