Job Description Regional Sales Director Location : NYC Hybrid/Remote Get to Know Us: Advent Software, a division of SS&C Technologies, has an exciting opportunity for a Reginal Sales Director in NYC or the surrounding areas. This role will be responsible for driving new logo growth for our Tier1 CRM. Tier1 is an enterprise CRM platform designed for financial institutions and other relationship-driven businesses that require sophisticated client engagement, workflow, and intelligence capabilities. While Tier1 has an established global client base, we see significant opportunity to expand into new markets, particularly across Europe and other international financial centers. This role will focus on new logo acquisition, building pipeline and establishing Tier1 as a leading CRM platform for financial institutions seeking an alternative to more generalized CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record generating pipeline and closing new business
  • Experience selling CRM, workflow, analytics, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong relationships within financial services organizations
  • Experience selling to investment banks, asset managers, brokers, research firms, or professional services organizations is highly relevant
  • Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly valuable, particularly candidates who have sold Financial Services Cloud or related CRM solutions

Responsibilities

  • Expand into underpenetrated markets globally, particularly across Europe
  • Increase new logo acquisition beyond traditional account management growth
  • Build a scalable outbound sales engine
  • Strengthen Tier1’s position as a differentiated CRM platform for financial services firms
  • Drive new logo acquisition for Tier1 CRM
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic industry engagement
  • Identify and engage target firms including investment banks, asset managers, brokers, research firms, and other financial institutions
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal close
  • Leverage industry relationships, partnerships, and events to accelerate market entry
  • Help build a repeatable outbound sales playbook for expanding Tier1’s presence in new markets
