The Regional Sales Director – West Region is responsible for planning, directing, and executing customer growth strategies for JTEKT products across the Western United States, serving Industrial OE, Industrial Aftermarket, and Automotive Aftermarket customers. This role provides overall leadership, coordination, and evaluation of regional markets and the sales organization supporting them, ensuring alignment to company objectives and sustainable growth. The Regional Sales Director partners closely with JTEKT North America functional leaders—including engineering, operations, marketing, and finance—to coordinate activities, align resources, and drive consensus on regional strategy and direction.
