We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our East Regional Sales Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales and Marketing Director, preferably within Diagnostics or healthcare markets required.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and manage a large team of Account Managers across the Eastern Region (15 states) to drive consistent performance and accountability.
  • Own regional sales results, including forecasting, performance monitoring, and implementation of corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while developing deep understanding of customer needs, category-specific trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee weekly sales activity and call reports related to quotes, orders, and customer/vendor issues to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify performance gaps at the individual and regional level and develop effective solutions to improve results.
  • Develop, and retain top sales talent; identify and support high-potential team members and partner with senior sales leadership on development opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to evaluate, select, and execute market growth opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, competing products, and key clinical call points, including Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, and Infectious Disease.
  • Analyze regional market conditions to identify new growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Travel up to 80% weekly to support team development, customer engagement, and regional business needs.
  • Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales.
