About The Position

The Regional Sales Director, Wholesale is responsible for leading and growing wholesale revenue across an assigned region by partnering strategically with Wholesale agencies, field representatives, and key multibrand accounts. This role owns regional sales performance, budget delivery, and market expansion while ensuring consistent brand execution, strong field leadership, and profitable growth aligned with company objectives.

  • Strong technical aptitude with comfort using cloud-based platforms and retail technologies.
  • Proven success in wholesale sales leadership with direct experience managing field teams and multibrand accounts.
  • High-volume retail experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and influencing skills with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Must reside in or near Texas. Dallas or Houston preferred
  • Travel requirement: 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional sales performance against budget, forecast, and new door targets through disciplined execution of annual and quarterly business plans.
  • Lead, coach, and support field sales representatives and leadership through regular in-store visits, remote coaching, and ongoing performance management.
  • Partner with reps to communicate, execute, and track regional sales goals, ensuring alignment and accountability at all levels.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies and account-specific business plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Set budgets, objectives, and marketing plans for multibrand accounts to maximize sell-through and brand presence.
  • Maintain a strong field presence through travel to key points of distribution, reinforcing execution, accountability, and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational expectations across all doors.
  • Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, providing training, coaching, and follow-up to ensure successful execution.
  • Prospect and open new multibrand opportunities to support continuous regional growth and distribution optimization.
  • Evaluate and optimize the regional multibrand network by assessing dealer performance and partnering with Key Accounts to strengthen distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Director to develop and execute regional business plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting, including sales forecasts and regional performance updates on a regular cadence.
  • Control regional expenses to ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
  • Represent the brand at regional and national trade shows as required.
