Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience required.
  • Minimum of ten years of directly applicable experience in the insurance industry in a sales capacity.
  • Minimum of seven years experience in a sales leadership/management role required.
  • License required.
  • Ability to effectively lead and direct accounting staff.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exercises independent judgment.
  • Self directed with problem solving skills and analytical skills in resolving complex problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the operations of multiple profit centers, provides day-to-day and long range management direction for branch offices in accomplishing profit center, regional, and divisional goals and objectives.
  • Oversees and participates in preparation of budgeting and planning as well as monitors related results for multiple branches.
  • Coordinates and implements marketplace strategies to grow revenue in a multi-branch environment.
  • Leads Branch Managers in support of local business strategies.
  • Responsible for the development and support of branch management talent.
  • Works as a liaison between the Regional Manager and the local Branch Managers to insure an effective and consistent implementation of regional goals and objectives.
