Gluware is hiring a Regional Sales Director to join our team. This is a full-time position that is 100% remote with a strong preference for being in the greater Chicago area. As a Regional Sales Director on the Gluware team you will serve as the first and primary business contact for the customer. The Sales Director is expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, provide excellent customer service to accounts, create pipelines in conjunction with our demand generation team, and represent client needs and goals within the organization. Your focus is to build relationships with clients and to close new and existing customer business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior relationships with decision makers and influencers in our target markets.
