Responsible for achieving quota through sales team; create and execute comprehensive strategies to m eet or exceed sales objectives assigned , a nticipate internal and external business issues to align priorities, strategies and tactics . Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives ; manage resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met, leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers. Develop relationships with key internal/external customers to exceed sales objectives and to identify emerging needs and business challenges; influence customer and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to exceed objectives . Create and execute effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; develop value-added solutions that meet customer business needs and shares key learnings with others.
