Associate Is responsible for building and managing a territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.
  • May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position.

Responsibilities

  • ASSIST REGIONAL SALES TEAMS INCREASE PREMIUM AND SALES IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH PRODUCT AND STRATEGIC GOALS, WHICH INCLUDES: Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution.
  • EFFECTIVELY ASSISTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSIGNED TERRITORIES, WHICH INCLUDES: Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting.
