About The Position

The Regional Revenue Senior Living Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes across multiple senior living facilities within their assigned region. This position ensures accurate billing, timely collections, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management. The manager collaborates with facility leadership, corporate teams, and external partners to drive revenue growth, improve cash flow, and enhance overall financial performance .

Requirements

  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in revenue cycle software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
  • Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, achieving operational efficiencies, and optimizing revenue cycle performance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
