About The Position

TOTEME is looking for a Regional Retail Manager to join our team full-time, based at our US headquarters in New York City. As Regional Retail Manager you will lead and develop TOTEME’s retail business across the United States by driving commercial performance, building strong store leadership, and ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across all locations. Your role plays a key part in strengthening structure, ways of working, and team capability in a growing market. In this role you will support and coach Store Managers to deliver results, build long-term client relationships, and lead high-performing teams, while acting as a key link between the US retail organization, Regional HQ, and Global HQ in Stockholm. The role reports to SVP North America, and is New York-based and involves regular travel within the US.

Requirements

  • Substantial retail experience, including at least 2 years in a regional or multi-store leadership role within a luxury brand.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail strategy, market trends, and clienteling.
  • Experience working with store openings and/or growth phases.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and Global HQ to develop retail strategy, P&L, budget planning, and cost management to optimize profitability.
  • Execute retail strategy for the USA, contributing to TOTEME’s growth and brand presence in the market.
  • Own and drive regional sales performance against budget, last year, and retail KPIs, with regular analysis, follow-up, and clear regional reporting.
  • Ensure store compliance, manage refurbishment projects, and develop clienteling strategies to enhance customer loyalty as well as consistent execution of the TOTEME brand experience across all US stores.
  • Support and guide Store Managers, lead and support recruitment efforts, and shape the team structure.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to plan and execute local events and marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support operational goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention efforts to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
