Regional Recruiting Specialist - Houston, Texas The Opportunity high-production individual contributor role focused on attracting and converting top-performing real estate agents i nto the Coldwell Banker network. Develop relationships with high-performing real estate agents and tell them “We Want You . What You’ll Do Own Real Estate agent recruiting in the Texas region partnering with the RVP Brokerage and key leaders; by proactively identify, engage, and convert high-performing real estate agents Build a strong pipeline through outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and warm leads Lead high-conviction conversations that position Coldwell Banker as the real estate platform of choice Partner closely with regional leadership to align recruiting strategy with business goals Drive candidate-experience end-to-end — from first outreach through introduction to leadership Leverage data + tools to track pipeline, optimize outreach, and deliver reporting insights on a weekly and regular cadence . Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in recruiting experienced agents and or in a growth oriented role, working in a call center or telemarketing environment; telephone prospecting and real estate industry knowledge a plus.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
• Tech-savvy and organized — experienced with CRMs, ATS tools, and pipeline management including funnel and conversion metrics.
