What You’ll Do Own Real Estate agent recruiting in the Texas region partnering with the RVP Brokerage and key leaders; by proactively identify, engage, and convert high-performing real estate agents Build a strong pipeline through outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, and warm leads Lead high-conviction conversations that position Coldwell Banker as the real estate platform of choice Partner closely with regional leadership to align recruiting strategy with business goals Drive candidate-experience end-to-end — from first outreach through introduction to leadership Leverage data + tools to track pipeline, optimize outreach, and deliver reporting insights on a weekly and regular cadence .
